A Social Media initiative by MPI France Suisse open to all meetings and events professionals to showcase the real impact that business meetings, conferences and exhibitions have on people, business and communities.

On April 14, 2016, leaders from across the meetings and events industry will come together to support the first Global Meetings Industry Day (GMID).
GMID marks the expansion of North American Meetings Industry Day (NAMID), previously held in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and parts of Latin America. This April, Meetings Mean Business will again join forces with the Convention Industry Council (CIC) and other industry partners, including MPI, to host advocacy events and rallies, issue proclamations and champion the value of the meetings industry on social media.

The MPI France-Switzerland Chapter organizes for #GMID16 a collective BIG TWEET! For the first time, the entire event industry in Europe and the the rest of the world has the chance to collectively and simultaneously relay messages about the value of meetings & events!

Join us and spread the message!

If you belong to the Meetings & Events Industry and want to support this initiative you can opt-in to automaticaly relay European MPI Chapters' messages in your own language!

The procedure is simple: choose the tweets, facebook and/or linkedin posts you want to share and then connect your social network accounts.

List of messages from European Chapters that you can choose to retweet!
